Loeber Cabin Chinking Party

On Saturday, July 26, 2008 a group of dedicated workers met to start the chinking of the Loeber Cabin.  With only one minor injury and a temporary work stoppage by the Mayor, the work was nearly completed.  The last of the chinking will be done by the descendants of the Loeber family. (Pictures of that day will be added.)

Once completed there will be a state of the art interpretation of the cabin.  Visitors will be view and hear about life in the community.

The park where the cabin and Log College are located is due to undergo a major renovation in the coming months.  You can check back on our web site to see the progress.
